Initial property enquiries, site visit coordination, and consultation through Chauhan Associate are provided free of charge — there is nothing to refund at this stage since no payment is collected.
Any token or advance amount paid directly between a buyer and seller (or tenant and landlord) as part of a property transaction is governed by the terms agreed in that specific sale/rent agreement, not by Chauhan Associate. We recommend all token/advance terms be documented in writing before payment.
If a specific paid service is agreed with Chauhan Associate (discussed transparently before you proceed), any cancellation or refund terms for that specific service will be communicated and agreed in writing at the time of engagement.
